The Diplomat APS1 Armoured Panic Switch is designed for vehicle mounting in rugged situations. It can be pressed by finger, hand or foot and is designed for total reliability.
Almost indestructible, its all metal actuator and enclosure will withstand extremely high impacts such as kicking or stamping and it’s environmentally sealed to IP66 to eliminate dust and moisture ingress.
The internal SPNO switch has screw terminations to accept wire conductors of up to 2mm diameter and the cable gland allows cables of 3-6.5mm outside diameter with sealing to IP66.
The APS1 armoured switch will find applications in any situation that requires a totally reliable switch closure in the toughest of environments.
